Role Overview

We are in search of a highly skilled Product Manager to spearhead our new advertising initiative, Retail Media. This role requires a deep understanding of technical challenges alongside engineering, a keen insight into customer pain points in sales, and the ability to craft effective messaging in collaboration with marketing teams. The ideal candidate will excel in both communication and analytical skills, demonstrating the ability to lead through influence rather than authority.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the comprehensive implementation of various components within the Retail Media product, including the bidding engine and campaign management systems.
  • Ensure timely project delivery through regular progress assessments and adjustments.
  • Facilitate sessions with relevant stakeholders to promote ongoing discovery and prioritize the product backlog effectively.
  • Identify and align business needs and customer requirements to create a versatile product solution.
  • Establish a feedback mechanism with early adopters to enhance user satisfaction and business performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Analyze team performance metrics and report findings to stakeholders regularly.
  • Support the sales team with necessary resources to accelerate product adoption.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of four years of experience in product management, particularly in advertising and retail media.
  • Demonstrated capability in managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships.
  • Preferred background in Advertising, Ecommerce, Retail, or SaaS.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Commitment to empathetic communication and continuous improvement.
  • Proven track record in developing advertising solutions from inception or scaling existing products significantly.
  • Experience in building ad networks and collaborating closely with marketing professionals is advantageous.
