About the Role

Teleperformance Spain is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Ambassador. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct competent advice and sales discussions with pre-qualified customer leads to deliver a positive customer experience.
  2. Work closely with the marketing team to receive and manage customer leads.
  3. Develop and execute pre-sales processes to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  4. Focus on delivering a positive experience for the client throughout the sales process.
Requirements
  1. Previous experience in pre-sales, sales, and customer service in a multi-channel environment.
  2. Excellent communication skills (both voice and written).
  3. German language proficiency at a C2 level.
  4. High level of self-motivation to contribute to achieving company targets.
  5. Customer-centric and problem-solving approach.
  6. Attention to detail and sales affinity.
  7. Motivation and initiative to support the team in finding creative solutions.
What We Offer
  1. Permanent contract with a 38.5-hour workweek, Monday to Sunday, with shifts between 8am and 8pm.
  2. Competitive salary of €21,920 gross/year, plus up to €1,800 gross/year in target bonuses.
