Key Responsibilities- Conduct competent advice and sales discussions with pre-qualified customer leads to deliver a positive customer experience.
- Work closely with the marketing team to receive and manage customer leads.
- Develop and execute pre-sales processes to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Focus on delivering a positive experience for the client throughout the sales process.
- Previous experience in pre-sales, sales, and customer service in a multi-channel environment.
- Excellent communication skills (both voice and written).
- German language proficiency at a C2 level.
- High level of self-motivation to contribute to achieving company targets.
- Customer-centric and problem-solving approach.
- Attention to detail and sales affinity.
- Motivation and initiative to support the team in finding creative solutions.
- Permanent contract with a 38.5-hour workweek, Monday to Sunday, with shifts between 8am and 8pm.
- Competitive salary of €21,920 gross/year, plus up to €1,800 gross/year in target bonuses.
