Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our credit collection team in Palma. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complaints with different destinations, processing payments, and negotiating payment plans. The ideal candidate will have a degree in accounting or business administration and 1-2 years of experience in account receivables management.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payments into the system and resolve discrepancies
- Claim outstanding balances from customers and negotiate payment plans
- Coordinate information flow internally and with customers
- Prepare regular reports and ad-hoc reports in Excel
- Support IT and accountancy projects
Requirements
- Degree in accounting or business administration
- 1-2 years of experience in account receivables management
- High-level English language proficiency (mandatory)
- Spanish language proficiency (desirable)
- IT affinity and strong Excel skills
- Knowledge of Navision/SAP (highly appreciated)
