Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Palma. As a key member of our credit collection team, you will be responsible for managing complaints with different destinations and performing various tasks to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payments into the system and resolve discrepancies.
- Claim outstanding balances from customers and negotiate payment plans.
- Coordinate information flow internally and with customers.
- Prepare regular reports and ad-hoc reports in Excel.
- Support IT and accountancy projects.
Requirements:
- Degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent with 1-2 years of experience in account receivables management.
- Fluent English (mandatory), Spanish (desirable), and other languages welcome.
- IT affinity and strong Excel skills; Navision/SAP knowledge a plus.
- Good understanding of accounts receivable processes and collection procedures.
