Accounts Receivable Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. Your primary responsibility will be to manage our receivables, ensuring timely and accurate collection of payments from our business customers.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and track outstanding customer balances, following up on overdue payments through various channels.
- Manage the accounts receivable process for our corporate clients across various European countries.
- Resolve client billing discrepancies by coordinating with internal departments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and addressing their concerns professionally.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable best practices and processes.
- Good level of oral and written English.
- Proficiency in French or any additional European language(s) is a plus.
- Young and dynamic team within the security of a fast-growing, 22-year old Swiss-based company.
