Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable Administrative professional to join our team at Mts Globe in Palma. As an Accounts Receivable Administrative, you will play a crucial role in managing our credit collection processes and ensuring timely payments from our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payments into our system and resolve any discrepancies that may arise.
- Claim outstanding balances from customers and negotiate payment plans to ensure timely payment.
- Coordinate the flow of information internally and with customers to ensure seamless communication.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports in Excel to track our credit collection performance.
- Support various IT and accountancy projects to improve our financial processes.
Requirements:
- Degree in accounting or business administration with 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable management.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, with Spanish and other languages being desirable.
- Strong IT affinity and excellent knowledge of Excel, with experience in Navision/SAP being highly appreciated.
- Good understanding of Accounts Receivable processes and collection procedures.
