This role is with Mygwork, an inclusive employer and a member of the LGBTQ+ business community. As a Contract Administrator, you will be part of the Middle Office team, interacting with candidates and clients to create and manage contracts, purchase orders, and client data.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Contract creation for candidates, including gathering and vetting necessary information.
  2. Issuing contracts, having them signed and stored.
  3. Creating and managing purchase orders for freelancers.
  4. Contract creation for clients.
  5. Creating client and candidate master data in ERP systems to enable accurate payroll and invoicing.
  6. Generating reports for business needs.
Customer-Service Related Tasks

You will be in contact with candidates to collect relevant information to create contracts in an accurate and timely fashion.

You will also be in contact with recruitment consultants, local finance, payroll, and legal teams to coordinate timelines and data-flows between front, back, and middle office.

Candidate onboarding will be a key part of your role, explaining timesheeting portals and payslip information.

You will be the point of contact for candidate questions and client queries, providing excellent customer service.

It's essential to understand that the Middle Office team interacts with people at a critical moment in their lives, when changing jobs. The ideal candidate will have strong empathy and a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Prior experience working in a shared service center or administrative environment.
  2. Prior experience working in HR services.
  3. Prior experience in accounts payable and/or billing customer service.
  4. Prior experience collaborating effectively with international teams to deliver.

Fluency in English and French is a must, with Spanish being a significant plus.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring facts are correct, complete, and consistent.

Excellent customer-focus and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.

Ideal candidate will be at ease with Excel.

Experience in a multinational environment with a diverse workforce is essential.
