About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HRBP to join our team in Iberia. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for leading our HR mission and fostering a culture of lifelong learning and growth mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all HRBP activities for Iberia, with a focus on Global Operations, and partner with internal customers to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Develop and implement Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Engagement, and ED&I strategies in collaboration with the HR community.
  • Contribute to the optimization of HR processes, policies, and initiatives, and serve as an ambassador for TheFork's organizational culture.
  • Support leaders and teams in fostering ED&I, modeling inclusive behaviors, and assessing bias in hiring, promotion, performance, and compensation.
  • Collaborate with the HR Service Delivery team to manage operational employee issues and provide advice to business leaders.
  • Deliver annual people calendar activities, such as Performance Management, Compensation Cycle, Talent Development, and Engagement, and set up follow-up actions.
  • Use HR data to identify trends and insights and make informed recommendations.
  • Lead specific projects, such as the Equality Plan and Flexible Working Policy.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with leaders and teams in an agile and fast-paced environment for over 7 years.
  • Strong HR foundation, consultative approach, and curiosity to understand business objectives.
  • Fast learner, growth mindset, and proactive approach.
  • Skilled in managing complex situations and providing HR guidance to diverse stakeholders.
  • Facilitative approach, metrics-oriented, and data-driven mindset.
  • Experience in startups, retail, or hospitality environments is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of Spanish employment and labor law is a strong plus.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
