Travel Booking Agent (Danish) in Málaga

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Travel Booking Agent to join our team in Málaga, Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Danish-speaking clients, ensuring their travel experiences are seamless and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized support to customers via email, phone, and messaging platforms
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate solutions using available tools and resources
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Strive for first-call resolution and ensure thorough follow-up on unresolved cases to eliminate the need for callbacks
  • Deliver a seamless and efficient experience by actively listening, discovering solutions, and appropriately closing each interaction
Requirements:
  • Native or fluent in Danish (spoken and written)
  • Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience in the travel industry is a plus
  • Excellent customer service, written, verbal, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with computer technology and devices
  • Motivated and positive individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong multitasking, keyboarding, and active listening skills
  • Ability to find solutions following written procedures and guidelines
  • Effective in defusing angry customers through social and customer skills
  • Ability to work in shift rotation: Monday to Sunday, 08 AM - 07 PM (39 hours a week)
