Job Title: Danish International Travel Advisor in Sunny Malaga

Workster is partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company to recruit a Danish-speaking Travel Booking Agent for their Malaga office. As a key member of the team, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries via email, messages, and phone calls globally, providing accurate solutions using available tools and resources.
  • Conduct detailed discovery to understand customer reasons for contact and take ownership of issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve customer issues, striving for first-call resolution and thorough follow-up on unresolved cases.
  • Deliver a seamless and efficient experience, driving overall customer satisfaction through active listening, solution discovery, and effective closure of interactions.
Requirements:
  • Native/fluent Danish spoken and written.
  • Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience in the travel industry is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service, written, verbal, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with computer technology and devices.
  • Motivated and positive individual.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong multitasking, keyboarding, and active listening skills.
