Job Summary

We are actively searching for two Structural Engineers to lead and manage marine engineering projects. As the successful new hire, your position will include management, supervision, and training of junior structural engineering staff. You will be responsible for leading engineering, planning, design, and analysis activities for waterfront, port, and maritime infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project management and Senior Project Engineer duties
  • Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Supervise, mentor, and train junior structural staff
  • Actively participate in initiatives to grow the team as required through hiring of interns and junior staff
  • Lead the development of contract documents for various project delivery methods including drawings, specifications, basis of design, technical reports, technical memorandums, cost estimates, quantity take-offs, project and construction schedules, etc
