We're seeking a talented Sales Champion to join our team at Paradox, a leading EdTech company dedicated to empowering millions of people worldwide.

Your Mission

As a Sales Champion, you will be responsible for creating new opportunities by attracting ambitious students to our diverse range of trainings. Your primary objective will be to identify, engage, and persuade new students to enroll in our courses, generating new leads through email outreach and securing 1 to 3 new student enrollments daily.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Student Acquisition: Identify and engage new students to enroll in our courses, generating new leads through email outreach and securing 1 to 3 new student enrollments daily.
  2. Proactive Sourcing: Organize LinkedIn or email campaigns via Hubspot to schedule meetings, initiate outbound calls to qualified leads, and propose innovative ways of identifying new students who could impact our business.
  3. CRM Management: Manage calls, meetings, and reports via Hubspot, ensuring strategic and personalized business follow-ups on ongoing leads within your CRM.
  4. Tackling Objections: Review call recordings to improve your sales approach and objection handling skills, and propose fresh ideas to enhance our offerings.
  5. Event Participation: Actively participate in both in-person and online Paradox events to sell our products, and assist in or lead at least two webinars per month.
Requirements

We're looking for a sales professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, a track record of successfully closing high-ticket deals, and a keen interest in the personal development, coaching, entrepreneurship, or Edtech market. You should be an autonomous leader, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities, make confident decisions, and inspire others to follow.
