PROGRAM DETAILS:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Welcome guests and respond to inquiries regarding menu selections.
  • Process food and beverage orders from patrons.
  • Deliver food and drinks to customers in various settings.
  • Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas, including dining tables and service counters.
  • Prepare tables and food trays for incoming guests.
  • Learn and apply drink-mixing techniques and cocktail recipes.
  • Assist with inventory management, including stock monitoring and ordering supplies.
  • Ensure the bar area is clean and organized, including equipment and glassware.
  • Engage with customers, taking orders and providing exceptional service.
  • Contribute to the development and updating of beverage menus, suggesting new cocktails and specials.
