About the Internship:

The Sales Development Intern will be an integral part of Hosco's Commercial division, directly supporting our Market Research and Sales processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in core functions, develop business acumen, and work collaboratively with our team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research (30%):
    • Source target prospects using various sales tools and databases.
    • Prioritize prospects and enrich the database with contact information and talking points.
    • Assign prospects to Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and territories.
  • Sales (70%):
    • Learn and utilize our CRM software (Salesforce) to create reports and dashboards.
    • Cold call prospects to gather key information and meet qualified lead criteria.
    • Track prospects, identify decision-makers, timelines, hot buttons, and qualifications, and enter data accurately into the CRM.
    • Generate interest and create needs with potential clients.
    • Support the Sales team with presentations and projects to improve the Sales funnel.

Requirements:

  • You are currently studying a Bachelor's or Master's degree or online course and can provide an internship agreement.
  • You can commit to a 6-month internship, ideally full-time (39 hours per week).
  • You are naturally curious and have a strong willingness to learn.
  • You are data-driven.
  • You are a great communicator and enjoy working in teams.
  • You have a high level of English and French/Italian/Spanish/Portuguese/Arabic language proficiency.
  • You are eligible to work in Barcelona.
