Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Development Representative Intern to become part of our dynamic team. This paid internship offers hands-on exposure to various business functions at Ohme, with the potential for permanent employment post-internship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to generate leads and opportunities.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for senior sales team members.
  • Research and identify potential clients and key decision makers.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist in managing non-technical customer matters.
  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Contribute to documentation creation and supervision.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to devise effective strategies and meet sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
Requirements
  • Preferably a Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or similar roles is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.
  • Fluency in English and native fluency (C-1) in Portuguese.
  • Passion for sustainable technology and a drive to effect positive change.
