About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care & Fashion Advisor to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our Customer Care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our international premium clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advisory and support services to our international premium clients concerning the order process.
  • Answer customer requests (phone calls and e-mails) and provide best-in-class customer service based on a fine understanding of the nature of e-commerce business.
  • Continuous improvement of internal processes.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including payment, customs, warehouse, and shipping to troubleshoot product/customer related issues.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written knowledge of US English at native level; additional languages are a plus.
  • First experience in customer care or any other service-oriented industry.
  • Conscientiousness when dealing with customer data.
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, capacity for teamwork.
  • Proactive, good organizational skills, and time management.
  • Working computer skills required (MS-Office). Experience with ticketing systems preferred.
