Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with commercial, marketing, customer solutions, finance, asset productivity, customer service, and planning & execution teams to understand demand drivers in our customer base and markets.
- Analyze and Evaluate Data: Evaluate and incorporate multiple data sources and analytical tools, including market and competitor intelligence, customer insight, historical sales data, strategic plans, and market/segment analyses.
- Support Sales Teams: Support and challenge sales teams in translating pipeline into forecasted customer wins and losses, help identify opportunities to improve commercial plans, and develop processes to reduce workload around forecasting for sales teams.
- Generate Forecasts: Generate demand and collection forecasts for both short-term (0-3 months) and long-term (4-35 months) planning horizons, meeting agreed requirements and operating guidelines for these processes.
- Communicate with Stakeholders: Ensure timely communications of the forecast and changes to the forecast on an ongoing basis to stakeholders in sales, asset productivity, finance, and supply chain.
- Develop Scenarios: Develop scenarios for alternative courses of action for decision-making purposes, in support of strategic objectives and to challenge business plans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with multiple data sources and analytical tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in demand planning and forecasting
- Knowledge of supply chain logistics and business operations
