Job Summary

The Demand Planner / Supply Planning Analyst plays a critical role in protecting quality, customer service, and revenue in line with our CREDO by ensuring a smooth inbound flow of material and inventory allocation decisions.

This role is responsible for supporting the local demand planning / IBP process, ensuring overall alignment with the Regional and Franchise S&OP Process.

The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning on an accurate consensus forecast, developing demand scenarios (risks & opportunities), supporting local marketing in developing product portfolio plans, as well as overall metric improvement actions.

This role builds collaborative partnerships with both commercial and supply chain partners and ensures that the community of Demand Planners is informed and aligned with local strategies supporting consistency in approach through the demand reviews process.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver & Monitor End-Customer Service Commitment (OTIF/BO)
  2. Support IBP meeting aligning communications between Commercial and Supply Chain partners ensuring connectivity with Business Planning process
  3. Align on an accurate consensus forecast with commercial, developing demand scenarios
  4. Understand market trends and identify forecast strategies to improve forecast accuracy
  5. Manage inventory levels in local distribution centers by reviewing frequently Demand Plan, Safety Stocks, Lead Times and any other relevant system parameters, propose improvements of the planning processes and parameters, and understand the impact of the required changes
  6. Facilitate tender talk and coordinate new product introductions / EOL
