Job Title: Demand Planner

We are seeking a skilled Demand Planner to join our team at Johnson & Johnson Consumer. As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for evaluating demands from internal customers, preparing comprehensive demand plans, and maintaining appropriate forecast plans.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain demand forecasts for assigned products and markets, utilizing statistical forecasting tools and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze historical sales data and market trends to identify demand patterns and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to understand market trends and customer needs to ensure accurate demand forecasting.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing excess inventory and obsolescence.
  • Identify and communicate potential supply chain disruptions and work with cross-functional teams to develop contingency plans.
  • Continuously improve demand planning processes and tools to increase accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis to management on demand planning performance and market trends.
