Job Title: Market Access Associate

Fortrea is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Market Access Associate to support our client engagements and internal project team requests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing research plans, conducting research, collecting data and policy information, and analyzing market trends and health policies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Meet local objectives set by the Outcomes Research department
  • Provide technical economic analysis support within the unit
  • Review articles in scientific journals
  • Develop, update, and maintain internal working tools
  • Contribute to the development and local adaptation of cost-effectiveness and budgetary impact models
  • Assist with the preparation of value dossiers, presentations, and other materials
  • Collaborate with other departments in the competitive analysis of prices and reference prices
  • Proactively identify issues, establish action plans, and escalate appropriately
  • Work with the local team to ensure all deadlines are met within the set time
Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree in the humanities, social sciences, sciences, or business administration from an outstanding college or university
  • Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in various software programs, including Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of policy resources and search strategies
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience:

Although previous full-time work experience is not required, the ideal candidate will have had part-time or summer employment in the healthcare field, with experience as a research assistant or in a comparable role preferred.
