At Corel, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Engineer to join our team. As a key contributor to our sales processes, you'll provide expertise on Parallels products, focusing on Parallels Remote Application Server, Parallels Secure Workspace, and Parallels DaaS. Your in-depth understanding of IT infrastructure, security, virtualization, and cloud technologies will enable you to collaborate closely with our sales team to understand customer requirements, conduct product demonstrations, and assist in Proof of Concept setups.

As a Senior Sales Engineer, you'll possess a strong technical skillset, with hands-on experience in technologies such as Parallels RAS, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop, VMware Horizon, Microsoft RDS, and Azure Virtual Desktop. Your ability to perform product demonstrations and presentations to technical and executive audiences will be essential in articulating the value proposition of Parallels solutions.

We're looking for someone with a strong sense of ownership and trustworthiness, who can empathize with customers and translate their needs into tailored solutions offered by Parallels. If you're enthusiastic about conducting training sessions for partners and customers, and willing to travel to industry events to provide on-booth or on-stage support, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed demonstrations of Parallels products
  • Provide in-depth technical assistance to potential customers
  • Take ownership of Proof of Concepts and ensure they're completed on time, meeting customer requirements
  • Actively participate in the design, implementation, and support of Parallels products
  • Provide guidance, recommendations, and expert advice on technical issues

Required Skills:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in Sales Engineering for a product operating in the same domains as Parallels
  • Hands-on experience in at least 1 of the following technologies: Parallels RAS, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop, VMware Horizon, Microsoft RDS, or Azure Virtual Desktop
  • Deep knowledge and experience with Microsoft Remote Desktop Services - TS/RDSH/Application/Desktop and VDI Publishing
  • Working knowledge and understanding of IT infrastructure solutions relating to Systems, Network, and Security
  • Experience in cloud computing platforms mainly in Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS
