Facilities Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at Kraft Heinz Company in Madrid.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including coordinating repairs, managing budgets, and overseeing daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the utilities, maintenance, and facility benefits budget to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Coordinate the payments of vendors and suppliers to maintain a positive working relationship.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Handle the order and inventory of office supplies to maintain a well-stocked and organized workspace.
- Oversee facilities operations, including building systems, equipment, and utilities, to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate the tools and equipment of employees, including laptops, mobile phones, and corporate credit cards.
- Supervise office clerks and couriers to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience supervising an office in a multinational organization.
- Expertise with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with team members and external partners.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results.
- Passion for improving processes and a proactive nature to drive continuous improvement.
- SAP knowledge is a plus to enhance operational efficiency.
- Problem-solving skills to address complex issues and find creative solutions.
- Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
