Your work environment:
We are seeking a Quality Coordinator to join our team at our plant in Osuna, Sevilla. The successful candidate will report directly to the Quality Manager and be a key member of our energetic team.
Your mission in Eviosys:
The Quality Coordinator will be responsible for leading and developing all aspects of site quality, including:
- Ensuring the implementation, control, and improvement of quality policies.
- Ensuring the quality of products in a section with limited welding analysis technology.
- Promoting a safety, health, food hygiene, and environment culture.
- Leading and developing the Quality Control team to improve organizational efficiency in terms of quality.
- Guaranteeing the comprehension and application of quality tools, protocols, and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Providing management with information on the performance of the quality system, including relevant incidents and non-conformant products.
- Analyzing quality incidents, investigating root causes, and informing relevant areas to develop solutions.
About you
This position requires a strong safety mentality and work ethic:
- 3 years of experience as a Quality Coordinator/Technician, preferably in the industrial sector, in the canning industry.
- University Degree or Master's degree in engineering, biology, environmental engineering, or similar.
- Ability to achieve change and decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of auditing and/or managing audit processes.
- Pragmatic skills in Process capability analysis (Statistical Process Controls).
- Excellent communication and influencing organizational skills.
- Management by objectives.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Management and safety-first attitude.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with any other language an advantage.
- Good knowledge of SAP.
