About the Role

As a Senior Programme Manager at Amazon Road Transport Spain, S.L.U., you will play a critical role in driving and managing the implementation of creative, data-driven change across our operations. This includes leading improvement projects and programmes, defining and implementing efficient project plans, and collaborating with senior leadership to establish and prioritize improvement programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create innovative solutions using data and research to address wider challenges in our organisation
  • Take a big-picture approach in your analysis of business operations, driving improvements across a range of teams and organisations
  • Work alongside senior leadership to establish and prioritize improvement programmes, seeing them through from start to finish
  • Enhance operational performance on every programme in partnership with your stakeholders
Requirements
  • A degree
  • Relevant experience communicating with and influencing a range of different stakeholders including senior management
  • Relevant experience in managing large-scale programmes or projects
  • Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English

Amazon Extra Large (AMXL) is a specialist fulfilment centre and delivery station that manages the entire service, from supply chain fulfilment to delivery and returns. Our team is focused on providing an extra level of customer care, including unpacking, assembling, and installing large items, and taking away old items where needed.
