We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Manager to join our team at Find, a leading company in the crypto and fiat Gambling industry. As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive SEO strategy to drive traffic and revenue for our websites.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute SEO Strategy: Create and implement a 6 to 12-month SEO strategy for each domain, aligning with broader company goals and considering each domain's performance, authority, and positioning.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with various business stakeholders to promote and gain support for your strategic goals, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with company objectives.
- Content Optimization: Oversee the creation and maintenance of web pages, including ongoing optimization of content, meta descriptions, and other related elements to improve search engine rankings and user experience.
- Sitemap Management: Manage and update the sitemaps for pages related to crypto and fiat gambling, including pruning, updating, and replacing content as needed to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the health of the websites, including visibility, technical performance, and offsite issues, as well as progress against strategic goals to inform data-driven decisions.
- Staying Up-to-Date: Stay current with the latest SEO trends and changes, summarizing their potential impact on our websites and strategies to ensure we remain competitive and effective.
- Proven SEO Experience: Proven experience in developing and executing an SEO strategy for a domain, covering content, on-page, offsite, and technical aspects.
- Strategic Planning: Experience creating and delivering 6 to 12-month work roadmaps in collaboration with business stakeholders to drive strategic goals and objectives.
- iGaming Industry Expertise: Preferably experienced in the iGaming industry, particularly with iGaming affiliates, with a strong understanding of the industry's unique challenges and opportunities.
- Internationalization Strategies: Experience managing domains targeting multiple markets, including familiarity with HREFLang and internationalization strategies to ensure effective global reach.
- SEO Tools and Software: Proficient in rank tracking and dashboarding tools such as Accuranker, SEO Monitor, SERanking, Sistrix, and SEO Clarity, as well as industry research tools like SEMRush, AHrefs, Authoritas, Sistrix, and Majestic.
- Data Analysis: Skilled in analyzing data to derive insights and translate them into actionable tasks and goals, with advanced knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Looker.
- Technical Skills: Capable of analyzing data to derive insights and translate them into actionable tasks and goals, with experience with website crawling and identifying issues and errors for resolution, and familiarity with XPath and/or Regular Expressions.
- Search Engine Mechanics: Strong understanding of search engine mechanics, including core algorithm updates, indexing, and key tactics for enhancing SEO visibility.
