Position Overview: Seasonal Customer Support

The Seasonal Customer Support Agent plays a crucial role in providing outstanding service and assisting with operational tasks to guarantee a smooth experience for families and educational institutions. This position involves addressing customer inquiries, offering effective solutions, managing unprocessed orders, and overseeing special requests. You will collaborate closely with three key teams: Editing, Account Management, and Customer Support.

Key Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Customer Support Agent, your primary duties will include:

  • Customer Engagement: Deliver assistance to families and educational institutions through various support channels.
  • Order Support: Help customers with their photo orders and provide prompt assistance.
  • Problem Solving: Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure timely ticket resolution for daily closure.
  • Data Management: Update customer information, requests, gallery details, and shipping statuses.
  • Gallery Coordination: Prepare and activate galleries, manage communications, and oversee printing processes.
  • Digital Image Distribution: Prepare and send digital images to educational institutions (e.g., yearbook photos, staff portraits, class pictures, graduate portraits).

  • Reliable remote work environment—Stable internet connection and minimal power interruptions are necessary.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and customer journey management.
  • Prior experience in customer support and administrative roles, ideally in educational or photography contexts.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, along with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attributes of being detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Experience with data entry across various software platforms.
  • Minimum of one year in a customer service role.
