You will collaborate closely with three key teams: Editing, Account Management, and Customer Support.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Seasonal Customer Support Agent, your primary duties will include:
- Customer Engagement: Deliver assistance to families and educational institutions through various support channels.
- Order Support: Help customers with their photo orders and provide prompt assistance.
- Problem Solving: Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure timely ticket resolution for daily closure.
- Data Management: Update customer information, requests, gallery details, and shipping statuses.
- Gallery Coordination: Prepare and activate galleries, manage communications, and oversee printing processes.
- Digital Image Distribution: Prepare and send digital images to educational institutions (e.g., yearbook photos, staff portraits, class pictures, graduate portraits).

- Reliable remote work environment—Stable internet connection and minimal power interruptions are necessary.
- Experience with ticketing systems and customer journey management.
- Prior experience in customer support and administrative roles, ideally in educational or photography contexts.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, along with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attributes of being detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Experience with data entry across various software platforms.
- Minimum of one year in a customer service role.
