Job Summary:

The Talent & Culture Coordinator - Recruitment & Selection is a supervisory role that supports the daily operations of the Talent & Culture department. This position will oversee and assist leaders and colleagues in all aspects of Employer Branding, Talent Selection, and other key areas, with the objective of providing strategic support to all departments through effective collaboration and coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workflow Management: Assist in managing the workflow and day-to-day operations of the Talent & Culture Department.
  • Colleague Support: Support colleagues and leaders with their inquiries.
  • Service Excellence: Consistently provide professional, friendly, and engaging service.
  • Positive Colleague Relations: Promote positive colleague relations by fostering an environment of open communication, trust, mutual respect, and enjoyment.
  • Talent & Culture Social Media: Participate in Talent & Culture social media initiatives to promote the property as the best place to work.
  • Recruitment Process: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from coordinating interviews and contracts to onboarding.
  • Recruitment Documentation: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness in recruitment documentation throughout the process.
  • HRIS System: Keep the HRIS system up-to-date, ensuring timely entry of changes such as benefits, compensation, terminations, and new hires.
  • Team Collaboration: Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team in reaching common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • Luxury Market Understanding: Strong understanding of luxury market.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent proficiency in both Spanish and English.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Labor Laws and Regulations: Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations is essential.
  • Dynamic Attitude: Dynamic can-do attitude.
  • Team Player: Team player with a supportive attitude.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Guest Service: Effectively deal with guests and other team members.

  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Hotel Management Degree: Bachelor degree in Hotel Management, preferred.
  • Recruitment and Human Resources Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in Recruitment and Human Resources within a luxury hotel or resort is required.

Additional Requirements:

  • Citizenship or Work Permit: Applicants are kindly requested to possess either EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Spain.
