Job Title: EMESA Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Senior Director

At Boston Consulting Group, we are seeking a highly experienced and skilled EMESA Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Senior Director to lead our efforts in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion across the EMESA region.

About the Role:

The EMESA DEI Senior Director will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive DEI strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives. This includes:

  • Developing and implementing a regional DEI strategy that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of seniority
  • Leading the dialog with Systems to support the development and delivery of programs and efforts focused on recruitment, development, and retention of diverse staff
  • Establishing working relationships between DEI and the markets, as well as with other people functions in the region
  • Designing, developing, and implementing regional strategic initiatives to improve the diversity of the workforce and promote an inclusive culture
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree or equivalent in social sciences, business, or a related field
  • Extensive experience across people topics, including DEI, with a proven track record in a management position, leading cross-functional teams, and solving complex problems
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in DEI and/or People topics, ideally with 3+ years in DEI
