Financial Operations Specialist

Ebury is expanding its operations to the north of Spain and is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Operations Graduate to join its team in León. This is a hybrid role, with 4 days of office-based work and 1 day of remote work, including evening shifts to support trading in different time zones.
Key Responsibilities:- Verify client payments and complete payment beneficiaries in accordance with internal processes and SLAs.
- Assist clients with transaction and payment-related queries via email, phone, and chat, demonstrating empathy and enthusiasm.
- Take instructions from clients and act accordingly, adhering to internal processes.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and demonstrate end-to-end responsibility.
- Generate and enrich transaction reporting files, reconcile client funds, and investigate unallocated and non-received funds.
- Fund client trades where manual funding is required and check payment status in third-party platforms.
- Update client information and communicate task status to colleagues and supervisors.
- Practice good office etiquette, including punctuality, attendance, and behavior.
- Work proactively under pressure, meeting quality standards and adhering to SLAs.
- Demonstrate good communication skills, both written and verbal, and speak fluent Spanish and advanced English.
- Be cooperative, comfortable working in a team environment, and eager to learn.
