About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Course Counsellor to join our team at Ideal Education Group. As a Course Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in advising and supporting clients in their educational journey.

Main Responsibilities

  • Contact potential clients to provide expert advice and guidance on our range of educational products and services.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to ensure seamless client support.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving queries and incidents efficiently and effectively.
  • Proactively track customer requests and queries to ensure timely resolution.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations, as well as resolve any incidents that may arise.
  • Perform administrative tasks associated with the role, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Course Counsellor - High English, French, and Spanish
  • Excellent communicative competence
  • Active listening and empathy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Valuable experience in international environments
