We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Course Counsellor to join our team at Ideal Education Group. As a Course Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in advising and guiding clients to achieve their educational goals.
Main Responsibilities
- Client Advisory: Provide expert advice to potential clients on our various educational products and services, taking into account their motivations, needs, and interests.
- Product Knowledge: Develop extensive knowledge of all our products and services and adapt them to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Client Support: Offer exceptional customer support by providing all necessary information, resolving queries and incidents, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Customer Relationship Management: Proactively track customer requests and queries, and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and retention.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform all administrative tasks associated with the role, including processing reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
Requirements
- Language Proficiency: High English, High Dutch, and Intermediate Spanish language skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communicative competence, active listening, and empathy.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
