Course Sales Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and communicative individual to join our team as a Course Counsellor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for advising potential clients and closing sales of our courses, accommodation, and activities.
Main Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with our products and services to ensure you can effectively advise clients and meet their expectations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise during the sales process.
- Proactively track customer requests and queries to ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure customer loyalty by delivering on commitments and meeting deadlines.
- Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations, as well as resolve any incidents that may occur.
- Perform administrative tasks associated with the role.
Requirements
- High level of English and intermediate Spanish.
- Excellent communicative competence and active listening skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Valuable experience in international environments, preferably in business or education.
Terms
- Permanent contract.
- Full-time position.
- Location: Madrid, Spain.
- Salary commensurate with experience.
