We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a Course Counsellor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining conversations with clients, providing them with information and resolving any doubts or incidents that may arise.
Main Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients to advise them on our available products and services, taking into account their motivations, needs, and interests.
- Gain extensive knowledge of all our products and services and adapt them to the needs of the client, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Provide all necessary information to clients, resolve their doubts, and incidents arising within the sales process.
- Track customer requests and queries proactively.
- Ensure customer loyalty by fulfilling commitments and meeting deadlines.
- Process reservations, modifications, cancellations, and resolve incidents.
- Perform all administrative tasks associated with the position.
Requirements
- High level of English and intermediate Spanish.
- Excellent communicative competence.
- Active listening and empathy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Valuable experience in international business or educational environments.
