Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a global marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of country managers to execute strategic initiatives and achieve revenue goals.
  • Own the P&L for all international countries and ensure sales and margin growth.
  • Establish and communicate country managers' priorities and resources to the rest of the marketing team.
  • Monitor sales and margins for every European market and ensure brand consistency across all market channels.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing management team to develop the global marketing strategy and implement marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Master's degree in marketing or a related field is a plus.
  • 5-7 years of experience in country management, international sales, or B2C marketing manager roles.
  • Full proficiency in English and Spanish. Other European languages (French, German, Italian) are a plus.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to adapt to different cultures.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset.
  • Results-oriented.
  • Stakeholder management experience; collaboration, influencing, and team player.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
