Job Summary

The Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving property-level communications to our customers, working closely with the Director of Marketing and Communication to promote on-brand messaging through various channels.

This role involves building direct marketing plans, targeted campaigns, and activated channels to enhance consumer awareness and preference, ultimately increasing market share and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute an annual marketing plan to budget, in consultation with senior leaders and cluster marketing teams.
  2. Represent the brand in all marketing activities, adhering to Marriott International's core values and corporate strategies.
  3. Create and implement on and offline marketing strategies to drive demand and awareness for different segments.
  4. Ensure the Hotel's owned and earned channels are updated regularly, collaborating with the MI Digital Field Marketing Hub.
  5. Maintain active engagement with the Digital Field Marketing Hub to verify alignment, pull-through, and 2-way communication about online programs and initiatives.
  6. Work closely with the Director of Marketing to plan, direct, and coordinate digital paid media strategy on a weekly basis for Rooms segment.
  7. Define and execute the yearly Social Media strategy, organic and paid, for the Hotel, including 24/7 community management.
  8. Partner with property Revenue Management to verify correct offer loading and targeting.
  9. Drive the content creation plan for the property across all digital channels.
  10. Attend relevant meetings, ensuring active participation, timely follow-up, and proactive dissemination of communication points.
  11. Execute promotions targeting the hotel's various market segments, in collaboration with the Sales team.

This role requires an early adopter and champion for innovation, delivering results, channel engagement, and enhanced guest experience. Strong working relationships with partners, suppliers, and vendors are essential.
