Mission:
To oversee and direct the technological infrastructure of the organization with expertise and strategic foresight, reinforcing the company's status as a leader in the automotive sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Formulate and implement medium to long-term strategies for IT/OT technological infrastructures. Establish and uphold systems that fulfill quality, availability, and security standards. Monitor networks and systems to ensure optimal performance and security. Develop, implement, and enforce security protocols related to IT and OT technological infrastructures in collaboration with the cybersecurity team. Manage technology service providers, including contract negotiations and quality assessments. Enhance cost efficiency and operational effectiveness by proposing innovative and sustainable solutions. Lead and mentor the IT and OT technological infrastructure teams, fostering their professional growth and teamwork.Required Qualifications:
Proven project management skills: adept at planning, organizing, and executing complex projects with a comprehensive and results-driven approach. Technical expertise in technological infrastructures: proficient in public and private cloud data-center networks and infrastructures, with desirable knowledge of industrial control systems.Desired Attributes:
Strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities: skilled in leading multidisciplinary teams, making informed decisions, solving complex problems, and anticipating technological advancements. Risk management and adaptability: proficient in identifying and mitigating risks associated with technological infrastructures while adapting to emerging trends and opportunities. A degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline. At least 5 years of experience in roles focused on technological infrastructure management. Proficiency in English at a C1 level or higher.
