About the Role:

This position reports to the Project Operations Manager and is responsible for leading the execution of medium-size projects. The successful candidate will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications, and targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the project team, establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing planning, monitoring, and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.
  • Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials.
  • Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.
  • Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.

Requirements:

  • Highly skilled in project management, cost control, planning, and monitoring, and risk management.
  • Familiar with the industrial market, including automotive, food & beverage, logistics, etc., and have a customer-focused approach, business orientation, and experience managing different stakeholders.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Project Management.
  • Enhanced knowledge of Office tools (Word, Excel) as well as cost control and planning (MS Project).
  • Passionate about team management, adaptability, anticipation, and problem-solving.
  • Degree in Engineering, mainly Industrial Engineering.
  • At ease communicating in English and Spanish. Other languages, such as French or German, will be considered a valuable plus.
  • Current driver's license valid in Spain and a Spanish work permit.
