Production Lead

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a team within a production unit or line, executing production processes and transforming parts and raw materials into high-quality products in a timely and cost-effective manner.
As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring continuous and efficient operation in accordance with volumes, schedules, procedures, drawings, and quality and safety standards and policies.
You will showcase your expertise by organizing and allocating resources to meet line production targets effectively and efficiently.
The work model for this role is onsite, and you will contribute to the Robotics & Discrete Automation/Robotics/Production Supervisor in Madrigalejo Del Monte (Spain).
Main stakeholders are Internal Quality, Planification, Purchasing, and R&D Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that production scheduling and production plan meet the volume requirements agreed upon in the demand plan and defined inventory service levels.
- Developing programs, projects, goals, and metrics to lead the organization to the highest level of operational performance while optimizing working capital throughout Operations.
- Developing and executing plans to reduce non-value-added costs, increase revenues, and delight customers by delivering products on time with high factory and supplier yields and decreasing product field failure rates.
- Recommending technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary.
- Identifying deficiencies in the production area, proposing improvement activities, and overseeing implementation of actions to improve production performance.
- Managing the resolution of critical product or equipment issues together with relevant internal teams.

Qualifications:
- Experience working with SAP, AutoCAD, PowerBI, and Lean Manufacturing methodologies and the Robotics market.
- Ability to demonstrate established skills or have 2 years of experience in Production Areas.
- Experience working as a Team Leader or in a similar position.
- Possess enhanced knowledge of AutoCAD and SAP.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish.
