Job Title: Infrastructure Manager

Job Summary:

Gr. Antolin Irausa, S.A. (GANC) is seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Manager to lead and manage the technological infrastructure of the organization. The successful candidate will have experience and strategic vision to support the company's position as a leader in the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute medium and long-term strategies for IT/OT technological infrastructures.
  • Implement and maintain systems that meet quality, availability, and security requirements.
  • Supervise networks and systems, ensuring their performance and security.
  • Establish, implement, comply with, and enforce security policies related to IT and OT technological infrastructures in coordination with the cybersecurity team.
  • Manage technology service providers, negotiating contracts and evaluating their quality.
  • Optimize costs and improve operational efficiency, proposing innovative and sustainable solutions.
  • Lead and supervise the IT and OT technological infrastructure teams, promoting their professional development and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Project management: ability to plan, organize, and execute complex projects, with a global vision and results-oriented.
  • Technical knowledge in technological infrastructures: mastery of public and private cloud data-center networks and infrastructures, and desirable knowledge of industrial control systems, among others.
