Your Role in Our Vision:
- Provide technical assistance to clients, contractors, and technicians to address issues across various teams (including PV Inverters, BESS, PCS Equipment, MV Cells, MV Transfers, Auxiliary Panels, refrigeration systems, and communication networks).
- Collaborate with contractors and technicians to ensure seamless operations.
- Possess expertise in communication networks, power electronics, electrical diagram interpretation, MV equipment, and electrical switchgear.
- Conduct field visits for high-priority incidents and be available for short-term, frequent travel.
- Generate daily reports and technical assistance documentation.
- Monitor equipment performance remotely to preemptively identify potential issues.
- Work with the engineering department to facilitate improvement requests and retrofits.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Technical background in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Operations & Maintenance, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- English proficiency at B2 level.
- Strong adaptability and proactive approach.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Initiative and autonomy in problem-solving.
- Decision-making capabilities.
- Achievement-oriented mindset with a focus on specialization.
