Data Center Technician

At Iron Mountain, we're committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers. As a Critical Facilities Technician, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our data centers.
Responsibilities:- Provide technical support for electrical, HVAC, civil, and building management systems.
- Perform maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of data center heating and cooling systems.
- Monitor and resolve service tickets using our ticketing system.
- Take daily operational readings of mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning operation.
- Escort and check vendors while performing maintenance.
- Assist with service delivery tasks and arrange access for internal works or vendors.
- Experience in a critical operations environment and/or data center experience preferred.
- An Electrical Engineering qualification or formal training required.
- English language skills are preferred.
- Multi-tasking, attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Dedication and desire to learn, customer service mentality, and ability to obtain security clearance.
