Job Title: Critical Facility Technician

At Iron Mountain, we're committed to preserving and protecting our customers' valuable assets. As a Critical Facility Technician, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our data centers.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for electrical, HVAC, civil, and building management systems.
  • Perform maintenance tasks to ensure the data center's heating and cooling systems are running efficiently.
  • Monitor and resolve service tickets using our ticketing system.
  • Take daily operational readings of mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning operation.
  • Escort and check vendors while performing maintenance to ensure compliance with rules and procedures.
  • Assist with service delivery tasks and arrange access for internal works or vendors.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a critical operations environment and/or data center experience preferred.
  • An Electrical Engineering qualification or formal training required.
  • English language skills are preferred.
  • Multi-tasking and attention to detail are essential.
  • Organization and prioritization skills are necessary for managing tasks with minimal supervision.
