About the Role

We are seeking a talented Graduate Area and Shift Manager to join our dynamic team in the EU. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team or process from day one and driving progress towards our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team or process from day one and drive progress towards our goals.
  • Exercise sound judgement to ensure progress and targets are realistic and achievable.
  • Safeguard team safety while at work and uphold Amazon's high standards of quality.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving and analytical capabilities to improve and streamline processes.
Requirements
  • Obtained or working towards a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Flexible to relocate for the position if needed.
  • Willing to work in non-traditional shift patterns, including nights and weekends.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Previous work experience is a plus.
