About the Role

We are seeking a talented Graduate Area Manager to join our dynamic team in the EU. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team or process from day one and driving progress towards our goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team or process from day one and drive progress towards our goals
  • Train and integrate new team members while driving progress
  • Exercise sound judgement to ensure progress and targets are realistic and achievable
  • Safeguard team safety while at work
  • Uphold Amazon's high standards of quality
  • Demonstrate problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Improve and streamline processes

Requirements

  • Obtained or working towards a Bachelor's Degree
  • Flexible to relocate for the position if needed
  • Willing to work in non-traditional shift patterns, including nights and weekends
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
