About the Role

We are seeking a talented Graduate Area/Shift Manager to join our dynamic team in various locations across the EU. As a key member of our operations network, you will be responsible for leading a team or process from day one, driving progress, and ensuring the highest standards of quality.

As a Graduate Area/Shift Manager, you will be an inspiring leader in one of the following areas within Customer Fulfillment operations: Receive, Stow, Pick, Pack or Ship. Alternatively, you might work at one of our Delivery Stations, where you will work to continuously improve the efficiency of delivery processes, ensuring that customer orders are delivered as quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively as possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team or process from day one, driving progress and ensuring the highest standards of quality.
  • Exercise sound judgement, making sure progress and targets are realistic and achievable.
  • Safeguard your team's safety while at work.
  • Uphold Amazon's high standards of quality.
  • Demonstrate problemsolving and analytical capabilities.
  • Strive to improve and streamline processes.
Requirements
  • You obtained or are working towards a Bachelor's Degree.
  • You are flexible to relocate for the position if needed.
  • You are willing to work in nontraditional shift pattern which may include nights and weekends.
  • You speak fluent Italian and English.
