Job Description

We are seeking a talented Graduate Area/Shift Manager to join our dynamic team in the EU. As a key member of our operations network, you will be responsible for leading a team or process from day one and driving progress towards excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team or process in one of the following areas: Receive, Stow, Pick, Pack, or Ship.
  • Work at one of our Delivery Stations, improving the efficiency of delivery processes and ensuring customer orders are delivered quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively.
  • Exercise sound judgement, making sure progress and targets are realistic and achievable.
  • Safeguard team safety while at work, uphold Amazon's high standards of quality, and demonstrate problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Strive to improve and streamline processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or working towards one.
  • Flexibility to relocate for the position if needed.
  • Willingness to work in non-traditional shift patterns, including nights and weekends.
  • Fluent Italian and English language skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous work experience.
