Job DescriptionWe're seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administration Associate to connect our clients with our cutting-edge language training solutions. As a key member of our team, you'll process client orders, assemble administrative documents, and manage back-office systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and follow up on client orders, ensuring timely and accurate administrative document assembly.
- Manage and transfer training registrations, maintaining seamless back-office operations.
- Archive office documents, including client contracts and invoices, ensuring secure and organized storage.
- Coordinate interactions with international offices, facilitating special projects and daily communications.
- Detail-Oriented Work: Thrive in an environment that values precision and thoroughness.
- Team Collaboration: Join a dedicated team that prioritizes collaboration and support.
- Tech-Savvy Work: Leverage your proficiency in Office (Excel) and/or GSuite (Google Sheets) to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Analytical Problem-Solving: Apply your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to anticipate potential issues and find effective solutions.
- Proven experience in administrative services (minimum 1 year).
- Spanish native speaker.
- High level of English, both written and oral.
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate potential issues.
