Join Under Armour's Sales Team

As a Sales Associate at Under Armour, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team dedicated to empowering athletes worldwide. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our fast-paced retail environment and help us take Under Armour to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, from a warm welcome to a seamless checkout experience.
  • Suggest the perfect footwear and apparel to each customer, based on their needs and preferences.
  • Share your knowledge and passion for our products with customers.
  • Restock, order, and maintain the store's inventory.
  • Work both front-of-house and back-of-house as needed.
Requirements:
  • Passionate about the Under Armour brand and its performance-driven values.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
  • Fluency in the local language and/or English.
  • Proven collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Previous work experience, especially in a customer-facing role, is a plus.
About the Role:

The Sales Associate plays a critical role in achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). By following Under Armour's values, you will provide a unique experience for athletes visiting our stores. This role reports to the Store Manager and involves performing routine tasks to support store operations. In the absence of the Inventory Specialist, the Sales Associate assumes their responsibilities.

Sales and Omnichannel:
- Provide direct sales assistance to athletes to achieve sales KPIs set by the Store Manager.
- Respond to omnichannel requests in accordance with UA procedures and policy through a digital experience.

Brand Image and Customer Experience:
- Serve as an example of UA's service culture and meet customer expectations.
- Communicate the UA brand message according to the UA service model while assisting athletes.

Store Operations:
- Adapt to standards related to merchandise and product configuration.
- Follow UA policies and procedures.
- Complete operational and cash handling processes (manual or systematic) according to received training.
- Meet Under Armour's dress code and attendance policies.
- Work scheduled hours according to Under Armour's attendance policy.
