Job Title: Sales Associate

At Tapestry, Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and productivity goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous retail sales experience is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
