Job Title: Sales Associate

Join Coach, a leading luxury accessories and lifestyle brand, as a Sales Associate and contribute to achieving store goals in sales, productivity, and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet personal sales and productivity goals
  • Deliver service that meets or exceeds expectations
  • Represent Coach to the consumer and act as a brand ambassador
  • Understand how individual productivity impacts the store
  • Behave like a brand ambassador and model sales behaviors
Requirements:
  • Very good English proficiency
  • Previous experience in a retail service environment
  • Background in working in luxury retail (desirable)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff
